By using the Xabji online betting platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xabji. 1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Xabji, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are not legally an adult, you are prohibited from using our services. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or canceled and any winnings forfeited.

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed. It is your responsibility to maintain the security and privacy of your account. Do not share your username and password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Xabji supports various payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum amount depends on your selected payment method. All deposits are processed instantly and added to your account. Xabji does not charge any deposit fees, but payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, you must verify your identity before making your first withdrawal. For this, you will need to submit a scanned copy of your national ID card, passport, or driver's license. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000, and you can withdraw up to BDT 500,000 per transaction. To prevent money laundering, you must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

3. Betting Rules & Conditions

All bets are final and irreversible. Once a bet is placed, you cannot cancel or change it. Xabji reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet if it appears to be the result of a technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or fraudulent activity. During live in-play betting after a match has started, odds may change rapidly, and your bet will be recorded at the odds prevailing at the time it was confirmed.

The outcome of each bet will be determined based on official results and announcements from the sports governing body. If any event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, Xabji will settle bets according to the rules of the specific sport and league. Generally, bets on canceled matches are refunded, but special rules may apply in certain cases. You may place multiple bets on the same event, but the system will automatically detect related bets and may warn you.

• Maximum Win: Up to BDT 1,000,000 on a single bet

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Xabji offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that must be read before claiming. The welcome bonus is available only to new users and can be claimed once per person, household, address, email, or IP address. Abuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

Bonus funds are generally used after real money has been spent. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must bet BDT 10,000. Xabji reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. Responsible Gaming

Xabji believes in promoting responsible gaming, and we want our users to enjoy betting in a safe and controlled environment. Do not bet beyond your financial means, and never view betting as a source of income. If you feel that betting is becoming a problem for you, seek help immediately. If you have a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or account-related matter, first contact our customer support team. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. We will complete an investigation within 30 days of a dispute being submitted and inform you of the decision. Xabji's decision is final and binding. If we deem mediation necessary in any dispute, an independent third-party arbitrator may be appointed.

Xabji complies with all applicable laws and regulations and operates under a valid license. It is the user's responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal in their own jurisdiction.
